We are looking for project based, temporary or part-time work moderators working in English and French . The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.
Temporary Language Community Moderator Requirements: Native-level understanding of French language Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands) Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates) Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps AI is a great tool, we encourage using it to practice interviewing, prepare questions for your interviews, and proofread your resume, however use of AI technology during live interview conversations is prohibited and could lead to disqualification.
