Pharmacy Partner Network (PPN) is building a new inside medical sales division focused on growing relationships with healthcare clinics nationwide. We are looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals who are comfortable on the phone, driven by performance, and interested in an opportunity with uncapped commission and residual income potential . This is a full-time, W-2 inside sales position in a structured call-center environment.
Compensation & Schedule
What You'll Be Doing
Representatives will work company-provided leads and conduct approximately 75–100 outbound calls per day to prospective healthcare clinics. The role will focus on prospecting, introducing PPN's pharmacy network and services, identifying opportunities, building clinic relationships, following up with prospects, and converting qualified opportunities into active accounts. PPN provides the leads, training, sales infrastructure, and ongoing support. Representatives are responsible for consistently executing the sales process and developing their pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
Prior sales experience is preferred, with inside sales, outbound sales, cold-calling, or call-center experience strongly preferred . We're looking for individuals who are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, communicate professionally, can handle objections, stay organized with follow-up, and are motivated by a compensation structure where performance directly impacts earnings. Healthcare or pharmacy experience is helpful but not required .
