We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Legal Assistant/Office Manager to join our legal team. Small, pleasant working environment in general practice firm located in Middlesex County, with emphasis in zoning and real estate. This vital role combines administrative excellence with legal expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our law office. The position includes: working and assisting the owner of the firm, ordering supplies, preparation of billings, monitoring of accounts receivable and other duties for performance of necessary tasks in managing the law office. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience as a legal secretary, have computer skills and will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting legal practice. The current make-up of the firm includes the owner, an of-counsel attorney and a part-time assistant. Salary is commensurate with experience.
