The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan / Stamford, CT area, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement, with a primary goal of encouraging young people to consider a career in precision manufacturing generally and with Talon Precision specifically.
\n \nDay-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, drafting compelling copy, developing content calendars, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to highlight company capabilities, projects, and milestones, including the apprenticeship and training programs of our "Talon University." Additional responsibilities include managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring content aligns with Talon's vision.
